VT Vacuum Heat Treaters provides commercial vacuum solutionizing (solution heat treatment) for specialized alloy components. Our high-vacuum furnaces heat parts up to 1200°C under clean vacuum pressure down to 5 x 10⁻⁵ mBar, dissolving alloying elements uniformly into the metal matrix before controlled gas quenching. This process prepares the metal for subsequent age hardening while keeping the part clean and free of surface oxidation.

 

All thermal cycles comply with AMS 2750E temperature uniformity and ISO 9001 quality standards. We regularly process precipitation hardenable alloys (such as 17-4 PH and 15-5 PH), stainless steels, and nickel alloys for aerospace, medical, and industrial pump applications.
