VT Vacuum Heat Treaters provides commercial vacuum annealing and bright annealing for a wide range of metal parts. Our process softens the metal, relieves internal stress, and restores ductility, making components easier to machine or form. By heating parts in a deep vacuum level down to 5 x 10⁻⁵ mBar at temperatures up to 1200°C, we prevent surface oxidation and scaling.
